The exhibit runs from Friday 26th September – Sunday 4th January.
To coincide with our Xmas period we will honour this deal as follows:
Monday – Sunday from Friday 26th September until Sunday 23rd November.
Saturday and Sunday only from 24th November until Sunday 4th January.
Yorkshire pudding with whipped chicken livers
De Beauvoir smoked salmon ‘Hix cure’ with pickled cucumber
Half Roast barn-reared chickenwith stuffing and chips
Tramshed chateau steak with chips and a watercress salad
A glass of Tramshed red, white or Hix Tonnix rose
Kids aged 10 and under can enjoy a free main meal from the calves menu between 12-6pm when accompanied by an adult dining from this set menu.
Vegetarians are invited to choose from The Al la Carte menu on the day.
Our starters change with the seasons, designed to share we recommend 1-2 starters per person.
Swainson House Farm Indian Rock Chicken and Glenarm Estate Mighty-Marbled Steak. All our beef is aged in a Himalayan salt chamber and comes from Shorthorn, Hereford and Aberdeen Angus breeds.
